It looks as though Chicago’s Riot Fest is turning into one of THE new yearly music festivals that you need to add to your must see list. With artists like Elvis Costello, Iggy and The Stooges, and Built to Spill announced so far, the 2012 Riot Fest (and Carnival!) promises to be a barnburner for sure.
