According to Drowned in Sound Grandaddy is re-releasing their epic ablum from 2000 The Sophtware Slump on Universal/V2 Records. I had no idea it was out of print! I’ve been lugging around a beat up copy of the disc that I found used at a Disc-Go-Round back in 2000. This new version will have a selection of b-sides and rarities to beef up the release of the album and I will be one of the first in line to pick it up.
