Delehanty’s Soul Picks

$240 Dollars Worth of Soul

I have some time on my hand’s tonight and I figured I’d put something up for the sake of songs I enjoy for their ease- primarily from the soul genre as a whole (incorporating touches of others).  Anyways, I was going to do a top ten or what not, but with that comes ratings and truthfully these songs are too near and dear to my heart to do anything along those lines that would require me to rank such classics.  It’s all brilliant to me, and it’s all the highest regard of songwriting I have ever heard- across any genre.  I would go through and individually say why I like each song, but I trust you’ll hear why upon listening and instantly smile.  Here are some of my favorite soul, and genres that incorporate it, songs…Enjoy.
